According to Oriental medicine, lychee has the effect of benefiting the heart, warming the spleen, nourishing the kidneys, enriching the blood, nourishing the liver, eliminating thirst, refreshing the mind, making the mind clear, increasing strength, increasing body temperature, strengthening yang, reducing swelling, and beautifying the face. Here is how to use lychee to strengthen the kidneys, strengthen yang, and prolong life.

Not only is lychee a delicious fruit, it also gives us many valuable medicines.

Soak in wine: 7g dried lychee pulp (lychee pulp), 24g ginseng, 15g rehmannia root, 15g wolfberry, 9g epimedium, 9g polygala root, 9g cloves, 3g agarwood, 9g tribulus terrestris, 1,000ml white wine. Slice the herbs, soak in wine in a sealed jar, after about 7-10 days it can be used. Drink 1 small cup every day, sip slowly, as the ancients said, it takes a thousand drinks to finish a cup of wine (thousand mouths one cup). Effects: strengthen the kidney, produce sperm and nourish blood, darken beard and hair and prolong life.

Or soak 500 – 1,000g fresh lychee pulp in one liter of wine for 7 – 10 days. Drink in the evening, 25-30ml each time, good for people with nervous breakdown and impotence.

Aphrodisiac dish: fresh lychee pulp, 200g shrimp, 2 green vegetables, 1/5 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon sugar, 1/4 teaspoon starch, egg white, 3 tablespoons water. Peel and seed the lychee. Then put all the ingredients into the shrimp, marinate for about 30 minutes, put in the blender, then shape the balls into the lychee pulp, put in the pot, boil over high heat, steam for 5 minutes and arrange on a plate. Mix water, salt, sugar, starch together, put in the pot, simmer for about 5 minutes, then add egg white to make sauce. Boil green vegetables, arrange on the edge of the plate, pour the sauce over the shrimp-stuffed lychee balls and eat while hot.

Men with inguinal hernia, painful testicle inflammation: wash lychee seeds, drain, remove the navel of the seed, peel off the hard, brown outer shell, slice the root lengthwise into thin slices of 3-5mm, dry or dry, fry until golden brown; star anise (fried), kumquat seeds (tangerine seeds) fry until golden brown. All 3 ingredients are equal in amount, grind into fine powder, drink with warm water, 2-3 times a day, 6-8g each time. Children reduce the dose according to their age. Uterine contraction after giving birth: boil 10 dried lychee pulp to drink.

Contraindications: people with yang diseases, heat, yin deficiency and excess fire, high blood sugar should not eat lychee.
