– Rich source of fiber: Pears are very rich in fiber. One pear provides at least 25% of the daily fiber needs of adults. Pectin in pears has the effect of absorbing water, eliminating waste and toxins, and reducing cholesterol.

4. Notes when using pears

– Pears are incompatible with amaranth: Eating pears after a meal of amaranth can cause vomiting and digestive disorders.

– Pears are incompatible with goose meat: Pears when eaten with goose meat can cause the kidneys to work too hard, greatly affecting health.

– Pears are incompatible with white radishes: Copper ketones in pears can react with sulfur cyanogen acid in radishes, causing the eater to have hypothyroidism and goiter.
